This tree typically grows to a height of 6 to 12 feet and has a spread of 10 to 15 feet. Its branches are low to the ground and spread out horizontally, creating a dense, rounded crown. The tree's leaves are heart-shaped and a lustrous dark green, turning yellow in the fall.
In early spring, the Western Redbud Low Branch produces an abundance of bright pink to magenta flowers that completely cover the tree's branches and trunk. The flowers emerge before the leaves, creating a stunning visual display.

They sent me a photo of the tree I was purchasing online because I am too far from the nursery to visit in person. They sent me the same tree unlike some tree sellers who send you a photo then send a tree half the size. The tree looks great now that it is planted and has it'd forever home in the new rain garden in my community. Thanks!
